Micro habits lab
Small actions (2–5 minutes) stack after stable cues. This page shows how to compute a stacking load score from count and average duration.

2m plan
25m focus
3m log
Input: 4 stacked habits, durations 2 + 5 + 25 + 3 = 35 minutes, daily cap = 45 minutes
Calculation: load = (35 / 45) × 100 = 77.78 → 78%
Output: "Comfortable stack — at most one more 2-minute habit"
Calculation: load = (35 / 45) × 100 = 77.78 → 78%
Output: "Comfortable stack — at most one more 2-minute habit"
When stacks break
If a cue fails twice in one week, shorten the following step to 2 minutes or swap the order. Keep the chain visible on paper — not only in memory.
