Aggregate planned versus completed focus sessions, habits, and tasks. Consistency uses a three-band rule so labels stay stable across weeks.
Consistency formula
Let c = completed sessions and p = planned sessions. Completion % = c/p×100. Consistency band: ≥85% = High, 60–84% = Steady, <60% = Recovery focus.
Example — Input: 9 completed / 12 planned sessions
Calculation: 9 / 12 × 100 = 75
